Location
The hotel is situated in a tranquil green environment on a hillside overlooking the Aegean Sea and coastline of Anatolia. Located in the Kerveli area, this is one of the loveliest and most sheltered bays on Samos Island with calm and inviting crystal-clear waters. It is conveniently located 9 km from the island's capital, Samos Town. The villas are surrounded by olive groves and cypress trees, and have their own beach with turquoise-coloured sea. Pythagorion is approximately 12 km from the hotel and Samos airport is around 15 km away.

The 4 villas/houses are comfortably equipped and ready for guests. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park.

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony or terrace is among the standard features of some rooms.
