This apartment hotel is located at the heart of Puerto del Carmen, on the fabulous, sun-drenched island of Lanzarote. The beaches are a mere 3 minutes' walk away, on the other side of the promenade La Avenida lies the small Playa Punta Peñita and the Playa Candíl, each with their own beach café/ restaurant. The Playa Grande is only 500 m from the hotel. The resort is located in the middle of the town, directly on the promenade and offers, besides the many shops and a choice of good restaurants, its famous nightlife.
