Location
This hotel is housed in a convent dating back to the 16th Century. This former convent of San Pablo occupies a privileged position in the Hoz del Huécar gorge, a compendium of sheer rock faces and luxuriant vegetation on the outskirts of Cuenca, next to the 'Casas Colgadas' (Suspended Houses).
