This guesthouse is located directly on the ocean, along quiet El Mar Drive in charming Lauderdale-By-The-Sea, Florida. It is an easy drive to and from the airport and close to many of the area's most popular attractions. Within walking distance of the inn there are numerous shopping boutiques, fine and casual dining, live music and other beachfront activities including the town's famous fishing pier and Pelican Square. Additional nearby attractions include Galeria Mall (around 10 km) and Las Olas Riverfront and shops (around 15 km away).

Units include 34 suites, 6 single rooms and 5 double rooms located in a 3-storey main building and a 2-storey auxiliary building. Guests are warmly welcomed in the lobby.
