Location
The hotel is located on the edge of the only inhabited crater of an active volcano in the world. It is just 30 minutes from the city of Quito and 10 minutes from the Mitad del Mundo. This volcano is 5 km in diameter and is 2830 metres above sea level. Just 15 minutes away are the ruins of Runiucho and the Tulipe archaeological ruins are some 45 minutes away.
